Virslīga Summer transfer window is open now for quite some time. So that's why let's take a look what kind of moves have happened.
5th of July
14:47 - Former RFS player Leo Gaucho (21, FWD) signs as a free agent with the Latvian champions Valmiera FC. Will he be the forward who they need really badly?
11:44 - According to @LV_Futbols Edmunds Novickis, former Riga FC Albanian centre-back Herdi Prenga (28, CB) will return to Latvia as he will sign a deal with Riga FC rivals RFS. He played the last two and a half years in Hungary.
4th of July
18:54 - FK Liepāja registered to their squad 18-year-old Georgian midfielder Nikoloz Tskhovrebashvili who joined from Dinamo Tbilisi system. The young Georgian already made his debut for Liepāja in the game against Riga FC as he came on the field as a substitute.
00:38 - Late in the day after Auda vs Valmiera game shocking news came out from FK Auda. Their goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa will leave the team. The Cameroonian joined Auda last year and was a big part of Auda's history as he was the captain of the team when they won their first Major Latvian title - Latvian Cup.

22:50 - RFS announces the signing of Darko Lemajic (29, FWD) the Serbian forward returns to RFS after playing for two years for KAA Gent. The two-time Virslīga Golden Boot winner was sold to Gent in the August of 2021 by RFS for 900 thousand Euros and now he comes back on a free transfer.
16:03 - Longtime SK Super Nova Salaspils player Roberts Zelmanis (22, CB) leaves the team. Roberts joined the team back in 2021 when they still played in the Latvian second division. In total the young centre-back made 51 Virslīga appearances for Super Nova in the last two seasons.
14:13 - Riga FC signs Peruvian international Luis Iberico (25, Winger). It will be Luis's first club abroad as he has played only in Peru. He has over 150 appearances in the Peruvian highest league, scoring 38 goals.

17:29 - Riga FC announces Gauthier Mankenda (25, Winger). The DR Congo winger was bought from FK Liepāja. He was one of the better Liepāja players, but he did have a disagreement with the FK Liepāja manager Tamaz Pertia. As a result, it ultimately led to his departure. Liepāja got from Riga FC 109 thousand euros for the transfer.
16:06 - SK Super Nova Salaspils announces two new additions. Former FK Auda player Raivis Skrebels (23, RB) joins the team and also a 17-year-old defender from AFA Olaine (Latvian Future League (2nd tier)) Emīls Aivars.

18:04 - Yevgeniy Terzi (26, CM) returns to SK Super Nova after being on loan in Malta. The Ukrainian midfielder last season in 14 games for Super Nova scored once.
14:01 - Former FK Liepāja goalkeeper Krišjānis Zviedris (26) who became a free agent at the beginning of the summer signed a contract with Finnish highest league side SJK.
09:52 - SK Super Nova Salaspils parts away from Ričards Rullis (23, AM) who will always be in Super Nova history as the first player to score a Virslīga goal for the side as he scored last season in Super Nova Virslīga debut game against FK Liepāja.

23:24 - FK Tukums 2000/Telms announces three new players. Rodrigo Gaučis (17, CM) is joining on loan from RFS. He had four appearances this season for RFS's first team, mostly playing for their reserve team. 23-year-old Tunisian Maroine Mihoubi (CB) also joined the team. He has had experience playing in the Ukrainian Premier League but lastly played in Denmark. Interestingly, Maroine was training with Tukums in the pre-season but did not join them at first. The third new signing is Ukrainian Ivan Koshkosh (22, DM). He is coming over from the Ukrainian Premier League side Mariupol.

22:02 - RFS FK Lithuanian international Faustas Steponavicius (19, FWD) who played on loan in Tukums 2000/Telms this season and scored 8 goals for them made a move to Bulgaria. He is loaned out with the obligated option to buy at the end of the season to Bulgarian highest league side Botev Plovdiv. The transfer fee which RFS will receive is 200 thousand Euros according to transfermarkt.
26th of June
14:14 - Karolis Uzela (23, DM) leaves RFS. The Lithuanian international joined RFS in January of 2022 and in total made 15 appearances for the team scoring once. A few days later he moved back home as he signed with Kauno Žalgiris.
25th of June
14:05- Dāvis Viljams Veisbuks (18, GK) is loaned out to SK Super Nova Salaspils from Valmiera FC.
11:12 - RFS players return back from loan. Ismael Diomande (19, Winger) and Gļebs Žaleiko (18, DM) after spending half a season on loan with BFC Daugavpils return to RFS. Ismael scored 4 goals in 9 appearances with Daugavpils, while the young midfielder Žaleiko in 15 games assisted two times.
09:49 - Auda announces two new players. Brazilian Reginaldo Ramires (22, FWD) joins Auda from Riga FC on loan. Oskars Rubenis (24, Winger) joins from FS Jelgava where he had a successful time -
24th of June
12:45 - Mārtiņš Ķigurs (26, AM) after mutual agreement have parted ways with FK Liepāja. He played all his career in Liepāja, but he has missed over a year because of two major knee injuries.
22nd of June
23:35 - FK Liepāja register to their squad five Senegalese players who are coming from the same academy - Diambars FC. Mame Balla Tine (27, CB), Bilaly Diallo (23, LB), Mouhamadou Moustapha Diaw (21, Winger), Cheikh Serigne Faye (24, RB), Bacary Sane (20, CB).

22:41 - Deniss Rakels (30, Winger) after leaving SK Super Nova joins Polish 3rd league side Hutnik Krakow.
19:38 - Slovenian Nik Kapun (29, CM) is one of the FK Liepāja players who depart from the team. The list also includes Joseph Minala (26, DM) and Artem Bilyi (23, CM) who joined Slovenian side Celje.
19:14 - Serbian league runners-up FK TSC paid a release clause for RFS Serbian player Jovan Vlalukin (24, RB). Jovan signed with RFS last summer. He made for them in total 38 apps. The release clause according to Transfermarkt was 80 thousand Euros.
18:36 - Jānis Krautmanis (26, LB) and Maksims Fjodorovs (19, DM) are loaned out till the end of the season to the Latvian Future League side Grobiņas SC/LFS. Both of them started the season with FK Liepāja.

18:05 - Ričards Korzāns (26, Winger) leaves SK Super Nova, the team announces on their social media page. Korzāns played nine games for Super Nova this season.
17:57 - FK Auda announces that Bulgarian Georgi Minchev (28, FWD) and Raivis Skrebels (23, RB) have left the team.

13:25 - Another addition for FK Liepāja as they sign Danila Patijčuks (20, AM). Danila scored six goals in 16 games for FS Jelgava this season. It is reported that he signed a three-year deal.

13:24 - Latvian international Kaspars Dubra (32, CB) leaves RFS and signs with the Lithuanian league leaders FK Panevezys.

19:10 - Roberts Meļķis (20, Winger) returns to FK Liepāja after a successful half-a season in Tukums.
13th of June
20:28 - Deniss Rakels (30, Winger) and Artūrs Ļotčikovs (23, CB) leave SK Super Nova Salaspils. The experienced Deniss Rakels will try his luck abroad in the statement from the team.

18:13 - Yuri Vakulko (25, CM) leaves Riga FC. The Ukrainian midfielder joined Riga in the summer of 2021 and in total, he played 47 games scoring six goals.

14:56 - Riga FC announces their first signing of the summer. 20-year-old Spaniard Brian Pena joins the team from the Slovakian highest league side Michalovce.
